To achieve robust, reproducible and clinically-relevant organoids, we integrate bioengineering methods (hydrogels, dynamic culture, defined matrices, microfluidics) and cellular imaging. We seek to improve reproducibility, accelerate timelines, and expand the complexity of human-derived systems beyond conventional monolayer or free-form 3D culture approaches. 

This platform focus enables us to not only ask “what happens” but also systematically manipulate “how it happens,” enabling new insights and translational leaps.
